Job Description
As a Planning and Procurement Specialist your responsibilities are:
- Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate planning, purchasing, and ERP data.
- Coordinate with suppliers on orders, deliveries, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Monitor inventory levels and support inbound logistics and delivery tracking.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and support KPI monitoring and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with planning, warehouse, logistics, customer service, and finance teams to support daily supply chain operations and follow up on action items. The Successful Applicant A successful Planning and Procurement Specialist should have:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, purchasing, or supply chain support role.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, or similar) and good command of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and administrative organization.
- Effective communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams.
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
