Clarify challenges and identify tailored opportunities in total rewards Our Reward Team helps clients navigate the total reward landscape in a tailor-made and result-oriented way. From developing rewards strategy to implementing innovative solutions such as the EU Pay Transparency Directive. They bring together the right mix of expertise—covering everything from reward, tax & legal, employee communication, to technology and process. Join our team as an Advisory consultant to work in a young and dynamic international company helping our global and local clients manage employment law matters, people mobility and rewards, while being coached and expanding your knowledge of tax, rewards, and hard HR matters. We help individuals with their compensation/move/international career, providing both advice and practical guidance to them and/or their companies. We also help organizations to think about and develop their rewards strategy and implement and enhance technology solutions in the organizations. How will you grow?
- You will be dedicated to one specific team, but you will have the opportunity to gain experience from other teams, always working alongside one another.
- In the first years of your career while becoming proficient in the tools and systems, you’ll expand your tax knowledge about compliance regulations and obligations.
- Working together with our team of experts, you will develop your skills and competencies, gradually assuming more responsibility and being involved in more complex advisory work for a varied portfolio of clients.
- As you grow in your job, you will take on a more senior role and learn how to delegate tasks and coach your junior colleagues.
- As you become proficient in combining these various skill sets, you may become a manager and take the lead to becoming a trusted business advisor for clients and a team leader responsible for executing different client projects.
- You’ll develop your knowledge of mobility, tax and reward matters and related tools and databases, as well as your interpersonal and consulting skills through collaborative relationships.
- You’ll gain hands-on experience working for one of the top tax firms in Belgium on some of the world’s most complex tax consulting and compliance issues.
- You’ll work with and be coached by a team of experienced professionals, many of whom are influential specialists who teach at university and are involved in think tanks.
- You’ll expand your network as you work with colleagues from other Deloitte-member firms to tackle cross-border tax questions and issues. Who are you?
- You are passionate about people and (international) taxes and are willing to invest in an international working environment.
- You love problem solving and can turn complex tax technical analyses into practical solutions in a language others can understand.
- You see the value in data and accuracy and see insights where others see numbers.
- You have excellent communication skills, are a reliable team player, and have a flexible mindset.
- You’re fluent in Dutch and/or French and have a solid knowledge of English.
- You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline such as economics, business engineering, or a comparable background with an interest in analytical HR work. A postgraduate or complementary master’s qualification in tax or HR is a strong asset. Why Deloitte?
