Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a Document Governance Specialist to design and implement a comprehensive information management framework. The project focuses on harmonizing systems and procedures to ensure data integrity and process efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure a harmonized document management governance system.
- Establish and maintain standards for metadata, localization, version control, and retention.
- Coordinate with IT and relevant teams to ensure system compatibility, data integrity, and information security.
- Train and support users in document management and archiving best practices to promote adoption.
- Monitor compliance with document management policies and lead optimization initiatives.
- Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and optimize document handling. Requirements
- You bring 3+ years of experience in setting up or harmonizing document management governance systems.
- You possess experience with digitalization initiatives and change management.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You're proactive and possess the analytical skills to implement structured document control procedures from scratch.
- You possess strong stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
- You are fluent in French or Dutch with good knowledge of the other national language and English. Nice to Haves Offer
