Junior Project Manager – IT Implementation of Clinical Systems Are you an organized, proactive professional passionate about advancing healthcare through digital innovation? - Develop, maintain, and track detailed project plans, milestone roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery calendars for clinical system implementation projects.
- Coordinate requirements gathering, configuration readiness, testing activities, and validation processes for systems like Certara and Veeva.
- Facilitate communication between clinical, technical, quality, data privacy, and vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support user acceptance testing, training logistics, cutover activities, and hypercare support.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, governance materials, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with GxP, CSV/CSA standards, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by capturing lessons learned and supporting best practices. Required Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in project management or project coordination, preferably within healthcare, biotech, or pharmaceutical environments.
- Strong planning, organizational, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to track milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
- Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of quality standards such as GxP.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical information to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of clinical systems lifecycle, validation principles, data integrity, privacy, and cybersecurity considerations.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Nice To Have
- Experience with clinical trial processes or clinical operations.
- Exposure to clinical system implementations and validation (CSV/CSA).
- Familiarity with vendor management, data privacy, cybersecurity, and change management.
- Certifications such as CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or Agile/Scrum.
- Knowledge of Certara and/or Veeva platforms.
- Basic literacy in AI tools like Copilot. Preferred Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, IT, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Previous experience in project coordination or junior project management roles within regulated environments.
