Dan is deze functie iets voor jou Als Service Planner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse planning van onze techniekers. Je zorgt ervoor dat klantafspraken efficiënt worden ingepland, routes optimaal worden samengesteld en wijzigingen snel worden verwerkt. Dankzij jouw inzet verlopen onze dagelijkse operaties vlot en kunnen onze klanten rekenen op een uitstekende dienstverlening. Hiervoor werk je met onze geavanceerde planningssoftware (IFS Planning & Scheduling Optimization) en andere Rentokil-systemen. Je bewaakt de automatische planning, optimaliseert waar nodig en werkt nauw samen met de Service Planning Manager, Service Supervisors en Service Controllers. **Jouw

Verantwoordelijkheden:

* Dagelijkse planning & service-uitvoering
- Je plant klantbezoeken correct en efficiënt volgens het First Time Right-principe.
- Je stelt de dagelijkse routes van onze techniekers optimaal samen.
- Je schakelt snel bij onverwachte situaties zoals ziekte, autopech of dringende interventies.
- Je plant niet-uitgevoerde of geannuleerde bezoeken opnieuw in.
- Je beheert verlof
- en afwezigheidsdagen van techniekers.
- Je volgt periodieke onderhoudsbezoeken en terugkerende opdrachten op.
- Je plant complexe opdrachten zoals installaties, verwijderingen en speciale interventies handmatig in.
- Je coördineert speciale teams, materialen en onderaannemers en volgt deze administratief op.
- Je bewaakt de afgesproken SLA's en voert de administratieve opvolging in IFS en iCABS correct uit.
- Je controleert en keurt de geregistreerde werkuren en afgelegde kilometers van techniekers goed. Datakwaliteit & systeembeheer
- Je beheert en onderhoudt klant
- en planningsgegevens in IFS en iCABS.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat klant beschikbaarheid, SLA-profielen, communicatievoorkeuren, vereiste vaardigheden van techniekers en specifieke klantafspraken steeds correct geregistreerd zijn.
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de gegevens waarop onze planningssoftware werkt.
- Je signaleert structurele fouten of ontbrekende informatie en werkt samen met Sales en Customer Service om de datakwaliteit continu te verbeteren. Continue verbetering & optimalisatie
- Je analyseert de output van onze planningssoftware.
- Je optimaliseert routes, capaciteit en planning efficiëntie.
- Je identificeert lege momenten of inefficiënties in de planning.
- Je volgt de prestaties van techniekers ten opzichte van de planning op.
- Je signaleert afwijkingen en rapporteert verbeterpunten aan de Service Planning Manager en Service Supervisors. Materiaal, veiligheid & ontwikkeling
- Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen en apparatuur tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor specifieke werkzaamheden.
- Je draagt actief bij aan een veilige werkomgeving en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen veiligheid en die van je collega's.
- Je volgt een uitgebreid onboardingprogramma en opleidingen via onze Rentokil Academy.
- Je houdt je kennis up-to-date via SOP's, werkinstructies en trainingen.

Functie-eisen Je bent organisatorisch sterk, denkt analytisch en behoudt het overzicht in een dynamische omgeving. Je schakelt snel wanneer de planning verandert en denkt steeds in oplossingen.
- Je beschikt over minimaal een mbo+/bachelorniveau of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in Logistiek, Supply Chain, Operations of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Je hebt ervaring als planner, scheduler of logistiek coördinator, bij voorkeur binnen een servicegerichte B2B-omgeving.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende computervaardigheden en hebt ervaring met ERP
- of planningssystemen (ervaring met IFS PSO en iCABS is een sterke troef).
- Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet moeiteloos prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je hebt een proactieve, klantgerichte en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
- Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met collega's.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Omdat je de planning verzorgt voor onze techniekers in België en Luxemburg, beheers je beide talen uitstekend.
