SAP Manager (m/f/x)

To strengthen our IT Team at our headquarters in Eynatten, Belgium, we are looking for a SAP Manager (m/f/x).

As SAP Manager SD/MM/PP/WM, you will play a key role in the continuous development of our SAP landscape across the core business processes Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, and Warehouse-to-Dispatch. You will act as a trusted partner between Business and IT, design future-proof solutions aligned with SAP best practices, and actively contribute to the optimization of our international business processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the SAP modules SD, MM, PP, and WM across the entire value chainAnalyze, evaluate, and prioritize business requirements from various departments.
  • Design and implement sustainable SAP solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Support customizing, testing, rollouts, migrations, and go-live activities
  • Ensure seamless integration between SAP and related functions such as Finance, Logistics, Production, and Supply Chain.
  • Coordinate key users, external SAP consultants, system integrators, and service providers.
  • Lead or contribute to international SAP projects and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain functional documentation and provide training and support to key users.
  • Ensure high standards of data quality as well as stable and efficient end-to-end business processes.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SD, MM, PP, and WM in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in SAP projects, rollouts, migrations, and process optimization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of integrated business processes across the supply chain.
  • Knowledge of SAP customizing and interfaces such as EDI, APIs, and IDocs.
  • Analytical, structured, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
  • Fluent in German or French, with a good command of English.
