Plant Controller (m/f/x)

To strengthen our Finance Team at our headquarters in Eynatten, Belgium, we are looking for a Plant Controller (m/f/x).

As Plant Controller, you will play a key role at the interface between Operations and Finance. You will provide transparency on operational performance, develop meaningful performance management tools, and support business functions with data-driven analyses and recommendations. Through your understanding of manufacturing processes, SAP data, and performance indicators, you will actively contribute to improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability across our production site.

Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze key production performance indicators and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance KPI reporting and management dashboards.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of business data and reporting.
  • Act as a business partner for Production, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams to optimize operational performance.
  • Conduct variance analyses and develop appropriate corrective measures.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and monitor the success of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Analyze deviations in bills of materials, routings, and material consumption data within SAP.
  • Support monthly closing activities, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analyses.
  • Monitor inventory performance and analyze stock and inventory variances to identify improvement measures.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and participate in cross-functional improvement projects.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of controlling experience in an industrial environment; experience with a Big Four firm is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, KPIs, and operational performance drivers.
  • Proficient in SAP, BI tools, and reporting solutions.
  • Proactive, pragmatic, and strong communication skills. Fluent in German or French, with a good command of English.
