Apply your commercial and technical expertise by developing targeted technical solutions and products in the field of technical foams, working in close collaboration with our international industrial customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Development of new products and solutions, taking customer requirements and production capabilities into account;
• Determination of the technical and economic feasibility of the solutions;
• Design of extrusion tools (CAD – SolidWorks);
• Coordination and monitoring of trials, from the development phase through to transfer into series production;
• Calculation and monitoring of manufacturing and development costs;
• Identification of needs and development of new product ideas;
• Support for the sales department.

Your Profile

• Degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification;

• Professional experience in project management is an advantage;

• Basic knowledge of thermoplastics and experience with SolidWorks;

• Basic commercial knowledge or experience;

• Excellent knowledge of German and French, as well as good knowledge of English.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;

• Service and customer orientation;

• Creativity and innovative thinking;

• Independent and structured working style combined with assertiveness;

• Analytical skills and strong judgement;

• Flexibility and willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
