Our client is an international logistics organization specializing in warehousing and logistics services. To strengthen their export team , they are looking for an Freight Forwarder who will oversee the entire export process from start to finish.
This role offers a varied position with a high level of responsibility within a dynamic and international environment where quality and customer satisfaction are key priorities .
As a Freight Forwarder , you are responsible for the end-to-end coordination and follow-up of export shipments by seafreight . Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing export files from A to Z for both FCL and LCL shipments ;
- Maintaining daily contact with customers and proactively monitoring their shipments;
- Organizing and coordinating pre-carriage and on-carriage transport with logistics partners;
- Liaising with shipping lines for operational follow-up ;
- Working closely with the customs team to ensure accurate and compliant documentation ;
- Ensuring correct invoicing and administrative processing of shipments;
- Monitoring and adhering to all applicable quality, safety, and compliance standards.
As a Freight Forwarder , you bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Several years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on ocean freight exports ;
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch ;
- Comfortable working with new IT systems and logistics software;
- Able to work independently, accurately, and customer-focused ;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously.
- Permanent full-time contract ;

- Gross salary between €3,000 and €4,900 / month , depending on experience ;
