What does your job responsibilities include?
- Manage suppliers : orders, payments, price negotiation
- Manage stock, replenishments
- Manage declarations and ensure compliance with regulations related to our activities
- Manage ERP (Odoo)
- Order entry and follow up of orders with all related documents (shipping, customs, export…)
- Provide sales related support for other departments within the company (internal) and for Memolub's extensive distributor network (external).
Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in French or Dutch. Good level of English. Other language appreciated
- Previous experience in a similar role in export, preferably in the industry.
- Be interested in technology
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in IT tools. (Internal IT tools)
- Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines..
