As L&D HR Officer, you'll be responsible for:

  • Coordinate, organize, and deliver training sessions
  • Maintain & update the training catalogue
  • Identify development needs and manage relationships with external training providers
  • Ensure accurate HR data management and documentation (training records, performance data, job files)
  • Coordinate and manage the performance management cycle (ensuring timely completion of objectives setting and reviews)
  • Act as key user of HR tools providing user support and driving adoption across the organization
  • Maintain and update job descriptions, job grading, and organizational charts
  • Support career development initiatives
  • Contribute and support HR activities when needed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, training, education, or a related field
  • Fluent in English, with a good command of French or Dutch
  • First experience in HR, HR Development, Learning & Development, or a similar role (junior profiles welcome)
  • Dynamic, proactive, and able to convince stakeholders to adopt new tools and processes
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Curious and hands-on, with a willingness to learn and take ownership of HR systems and tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
