Job Summary

The Demand Management Expert for the Corporate Segment is the strategic engine driving end-to-end demand creation and funnel acceleration across Digital, Field, and Partner-led motions for the Benelux market (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg). This role owns the Benelux Demand Management strategy for Corporate accounts within the EMEA operating model, ensuring strong contribution to pipeline growth, progression and conversion, and tight alignment with Sales, the Digital Hub, Partners and Marketing Operations.

 

You will orchestrate efficient, insight-led demand tactics focused on net-new logo acquisition, operational excellence across the funnel, and scalable execution across countries while maintaining consistency with EMEA guidance and global standards. Through deep analysis of campaign performance and enablement of best practices, you will inform investment decisions and deliver measurable business impact for the Benelux Corporate segment.

 

You will be an integral part of a lean, high-impact Benelux Demand Management team, working in close collaboration with the Head of Demand Management. Beyond the local team, you will actively engage with a wider regional and global Demand Management community to secure Benelux focus and exchange best practices. 

  

Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas

 

  1. Benelux Demand Management Strategy & Governance
  • Lead and evolve the Benelux Demand Management strategy for the Corporate segment, aligned with EMEA and global guidance across Digital, Field, and Partner motions.
  • Establish clear frameworks, guidance, and operating rhythms that align Benelux execution with EMEA direction.
  • Ensure programs empower in-country execution (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) while maintaining end-to-end consistency of messaging, execution standards, compliance, and measurement.

 

  1. Demand Planning Discipline  
  • Structure a demand plan whilst tracking against pipeline targets and adjusting based on data.
  • Partner with all Demand Sources and Solution areas to secure an integrated Demand Generation plan.
     
  1. Drive Net-New Logo Acquisition & Expansion Efficiency
  • Design and optimize demand programs tailored to Benelux Corporate buying behaviours and market dynamics.
  • Identify whitespace in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg; pilot new motions with measurable impact on inbound/outbound contribution and early-stage pipeline creation.
  • Increase demand efficiency by prioritizing high-yield activities and eliminating low-value tactics.

 

  1. Funnel Optimization & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Partner closely with Sales, the Digital Hub, Partners and Marketing Operations to improve conversion rates, accelerate velocity, and increase ROI across the funnel for Benelux Corporate accounts.
  • Continuously monitor funnel health and coverage across Benelux, identifying bottlenecks and guiding corrective actions.
  • Support aligned, insight-driven operating rhythms across Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams. 

 

  1. Performance Analysis, Insight Delivery & Optimization
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across Digital, Field, and Partner motions to evaluate pipeline contribution, quality, and velocity in Benelux.
  • Evaluate the performance of demand sources—campaigns, partners, events, and digital channels—across Benelux to determine what reliably generates quality Corpora
