Customer Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead customer development projects from concept to delivery. In this role, you will ensure that products are developed on time, meet customer and regulatory requirements, and are the result of strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For
A Master degree in Engineering or Life Sciences. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Project management. Experience in product development processes (design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing). Strong knowledge of project management principles, PMP certification is a plus. Experience in leading cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization. Fluent communication skills, verbal and written in English – Dutch is a plus. Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industries and GMP-regulated environments is considered a strong advantage. Experience with risk management, project governance, and stage-gate development processes is an advantage. Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and conflict resolution skills. Practical ability to read and interpret technical product drawings. Proficient in MS Office and company specific software. Willingness to travel as needed.
