Job description
Your tasks:
-You support logistics and administrative tasks related to clinical supplies and medical devices.
-You ensure smooth processes for ordering, storage, labelling, shipping, and returns.
-You track inventory levels and expiration dates, and prepare monthly reports.
-You ensure all activities follow guidelines and internal procedures.
-You maintain accurate data in electronic systems for the assigned studies.
-You perform routine tasks and prepare the kits for the labs.
-You handle ad-hoc supply purchases when needed.
- You have a good command of English (spoken and written).
- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a warehouse environment.
- You are comfortable using computers and electronic equipment.
- You are able to sit for 4–6 hours per day.
- You can lift light objects (up to 7–9 kg).
- You have a solid knowledge of clinical supply processes (e.g. manufacturing, shipping, labeling, auditing).
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office.
- You pay close attention to detail and quality-focused.
- You are available for at least a month.
- You can work from 7h30 - 15h36 OR 14h - 22h.
