In our R&D department of the Portable Air Division, we are looking for a highly motivated Business Process Engineer Variant Management to be part of the Digitalization Team. Our mission is to improve the product development & design processes and supporting systems, resulting into a shorter time to market and more efficiency in our organization.

This role is responsible for introducing, defining and implementing variant management practices across the engineering departments in the different Product Companies of the Portable Air division.



Key Responsibilities

Design and standardize variant management processes across the product development lifecycle.
Define methods for feature management, configuration management, and product architecture definition.
Integrate variant management practices into existing engineering and product development processes.
Work with PLM/ERP system teams to enable variant management in supporting systems and tools.
Guide engineering teams worldwide in implementing variant management.
Create process documentation, guidelines, and training materials.
Monitor process performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Support change management and adoption across the organization.

You have 3-5 years of experience, working as a business process engineer or project leader

You have strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset.
You are able to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build alignment across functions and organizational boundaries.
You are a good communicator (English is a must) and can constructively interact with different profiles and culturesYou are self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a role that combines strategic direction with operational execution.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working from home and being on-site at our Division's offices in Antwerp, Belgium (BE).
