Ready for a new professional experience in Lisbon?
We are looking for Dutch speakers to join an international Customer Support team working with online services and digital solutions.
You don’t need a background in digital marketing. If you are comfortable with technology, enjoy communicating with people and would like to develop your experience in an international environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Your RoleYou will support small and medium-sized business customers using online services and digital advertising tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
- Assisting with account setup, product usage and general enquiries
- Helping customers resolve basic technical and account-related issues
- Guiding clients in using online tools and services effectively
- Identifying recurring issues and providing appropriate solutions
- Sharing customer feedback and insights with the relevant teams
- Providing a professional and positive customer experience
- Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written
- Good English for internal communication
- Comfortable using digital tools and online platforms
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage customer enquiries effectively
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Availability to work onsite in Lisbon
- Full-time employment in Lisbon, Portugal
