Hospitality Talents – Recruitment Agency, is currently looking for an Director of Sales & Marketing to join the team of our client's, a highly regarded branded property inn Brussels.
We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong expertise in MICE and transient business management. As the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be at the helm of a dynamic team, driving the hotel's revenue and brand presence to new heights.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership and Team Development: Provide expert guidance and leadership to the hotel's sales and marketing team, fostering their growth and ensuring their success.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the General Manager to formulate comprehensive sales strategies across various market segments, with the ultimate goal of optimizing revenue streams for the hotel.
- Maximizing Occupancy and Opportunities: Spearhead efforts to achieve maximum occupancy rates for rooms, conferences, and banquets, thereby unlocking the full potential of the hotel's business opportunities.
- Business Relations and Sales Targets: Cultivate and expand a network of profitable business relationships with corporate clients, airlines, tourist offices, and travel agencies, among others. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets.
