Job description

As a Junior Business Analyst / Product Owner, you will support digital and IT projects by acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.

You will be involved in gathering requirements, defining user needs, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

🔥 Your Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
Support the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog
Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure proper delivery
Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews)
Assist in testing activities (UAT, functional validation)
Ensure clear communication between business and technical teams
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools

🎯 Your Profile

1- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner
Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Ability to write clear user stories and functional documentation
Strong communication and analytical skills
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset

Languages:

Dutch: Mandatory
English: Professional level
French: Professional level
