Nano-Silicon Anode Road Mapping Craft the longterm scientific roadmap and performance targets for nanosilicon anodes, translate the same into proof points and milestones. Frame hypotheses to overcome challenges and guide the team in conducting validation work. Improved cell performance aligned with commercial expectations. Clear Roadmap and milestones

Cell Architecture and Lab blueprint Define nextgeneration cell chemistry and architectures, process flow maps and scaleup pathways. Develop best practice protocols and infrastructure requirements Fully operational lab with all test equipment and calibrated workflows.

Data and Analytics Establish experimentaldesign frameworks and analytics dashboards. Formulate test matrices; interpret trends to steer product strategy. High-quality data and analytics driving product evolution and sales readiness.

Material Characterization Drive research agenda for advanced characterization and structureproperty modelling. Identify breakthrough opportunities and guide patent filings. establish advanced characterization, identify breakthroughs and drive impactful patent filings

Commercial Enablement & Technical Tools Translate scientific outcomes into compelling value propositions, technical data sheets, and benchmark narratives for Business Development. Coach BD team for technically robust customer engagements. Positive Customer Feedback on technical depth and increased RFQ conversion

Strategic Stakeholders Influence Curate strategic partnerships with universities, consortia and national labs for joint research themes and copublications. Position us as a thought leader at conferences and panels. Act as a scientific bridge shaping investment priorities and product roadmaps. Develop a culture of innovation and operational excellence through mentorship. Strategic collaborations initiated and sustained with relevant academic or industrial partners

Post Graduate qualification Postgraduate- PhD (Materials Science, Electro chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Chemical Engineering)

Experience (No. Of Years) 8–12 years of hands-on R&D experience in conductive materials, battery research, or energy storage systems, with a strong preference for experience in anode material development.

Functional skills Battery & Cell Design – Expertise in battery chemistry, electrode/electrolyte formulation, and coin/pouch cell assembly. Testing & Analysis – Proficient in battery testing protocols and tools like SEM, XRD, BET, TGA, and potentio stats. Lab Operations – Experience in lab setup, equipment handling, and safety compliance. Data & Innovation – Strong in experimental design, data interpretation, and aligning R&D with business goals. Collaboration – Skilled in cross-functional teamwork, documentation, and stakeholder communication
