Senior Project Manager

In Tubize, you will join more than 250 colleagues recognized by domestic and international partners for expertise on products such as Radio Frequency (RF) Products, C4ISR, Crypto Global Solution, MACS (Aeronautical Intercom) and many others.

Your mission:
You lead and are accountable for the contracts deliveries to reach customer satisfaction where technical, industrial, financial and time constraints demand decisive leadership.Manage the customer relationship and ensure that the customer strategic vision and business objectives are metEnsure the realization and optimization of the contractual requirements (with the customers as well as with the subcontractors) in respect of budgets, quality levels, schedules and business segment strategyManage, supervise and coach the internal and external stakeholders in a transverse wayApply Thales processModel, follow and improve the financial results on the program by identifying solutions and managing risk and opportunitiesEnsure product safety and compliance with standards and regulationsWe are looking forward to:
Civil or industrial engineer, Business School Master Degree, MBA or equivalent by experienceLanguages: Native French and/or Dutch + Fluent English+10 years experience in delivery & operation management for large programs in a high-tech and complex environmentExperience in hardware and software development projects is a strong assetContract and change management experienceCustomers and subcontractors relationships experienceVery good relationship and very strong soft skillsThales is a global technology leader with more than 81,000 employees on five continents.
