Job description
Taux journalier (TJM): TJM HT max 727 € (hors éventuels frais de mission, à discuter avec le client)Program Manager – IT / Railway – Belgium
For a client in the railway sector, we are looking for an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a multi-project program and take direct responsibility for one of the projects.
Responsibilities :

Lead the overall program, roadmap, budget, risks and dependencies
-
Manage one project end-to-end within the program
-
Coordinate Project Managers, IT teams and business stakeholders
-
Manage governance, steering committees and senior management reporting
-
Manage resources, suppliers, risks and changes
-
Coordinate Business, IT, Operations and external stakeholders
Profile :
-
6+ years of experience in IT Project / Program Management
-
Proven experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams
-
2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Functional Analyst
-
1+ year of experience in railway, traffic/incident management or a comparable operational environment
-
Experience in governance, budget, risk and supplier management
-
Professional English and French or Dutch, both spoken and written
Belgium – up to 5 days/week on site
