The Benelux Ocean Reefer Manager owns the Benelux P&L for Ocean Reefer. The role develops and executes the Benelux Reefer Product Strategy and customer centric offerings, in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Trade Management, driving product strategy and commercial performance for Reefer at DHL Global Forwarding. Key responsibilities: growing DGF market share in reefer within the OFR portfolio; managing new client implementation with IMPAT and account management; handling yield management and pricing; and ensuring contractual KPIs and service quality are met, while supporting growth with strategic accounts.
The Reefer Manager Benelux reports to the Head of Ocean Freight Netherlands. The Reefer Manager Benelux leads the team of Reefer Specialists in both the Netherlands and Belgium. | |
