Your role as an Application Expert
You manage and optimize monitoring platforms like DataMiner. You design and maintain integrations via APIs, databases, SNMP, and other interfaces. You automate processes for alarm handling, incident detection and customer journeys. You troubleshoot complex technical incidents and performance bottlenecks. You drive innovation by contributing to AI, machine learning, and smart alarm management projects. You bridge the gap between operational needs and technical solutions.Your profile as an Application Expert
You have strong programming and scripting skills : proficiency in Python, Java, C#, PowerShell, and/or Bash for application support, automation, and development. You have technical Expertise in Application Platforms : solid knowledge of Linux, Windows Server, SQL databases, REST APIs, and system integrations. You have Application Lifecycle & Software Development Experience : understanding of software development practices, troubleshooting, application lifecycles, code refactoring, and software maintenance. You have an analytical and Problem-Solving Mindset : ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions in a structured manner. You have strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in Dutch and English. You have a passion for Automation and Emerging Technologies : interest in AI, machine learning, operational automation, and continuous improvement of systems and processes. You are willing to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and take responsibility for the availability and performance of business-critical applications.Nice-to-have expertise:
