Support and execute strategic M&A projects, from target identification through to post-acquisition integration.
Perform financial analysis, valuation modelling, business plan reviews, and investment assessments.
Screen and evaluate acquisition opportunities across different markets and industries.
Coordinate due diligence processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare investment materials, business cases, and presentations for senior decision-makers.
Build and maintain relationships with advisors, consultants, investment banks, and financing partners.
Support investment reporting and financing activities, including interactions with lending institutions.
For the Senior role: contribute to deal sourcing initiatives and act as a project lead on selected transactions.

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Investment Analyst: around 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, Transaction Services, Investment Banking, Deals Advisory, or a similar environment.
Senior Investment Analyst: around 7+ years of relevant experience with proven exposure to end-to-end M&A transactions.
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
Solid understanding of M&A processes, transaction structuring, and due diligence.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with multiple priorities.
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and proactive mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and French, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment. Dutch is considered a strong asset.
