Your future job

Are you passionate about growing digital performance and maximizing visibility across channels? Join our team as a digital performance marketeer and take ownership of driving qualified traffic to our premium flooring brands.
You will be responsible for the acquisition strategy for our premium flooring brands, combining deep digital marketing expertise with a strong understanding of media planning and performance optimization. By leveraging data, market insights and strong stakeholder collaboration, you will translate business objectives into measurable performance results and maximize the impact of our media investments.
Your responsibilities include:

Develop and execute a global omnichannel acquisition strategy that drives visibility, traffic and business growth.Define and track key performance marketing KPIs, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.Manage and optimize SEA and paid social campaigns to maximize reach, engagement and conversion.Define SEO priorities, content opportunities and optimization initiatives, providing the digital marketeer with a clear roadmap for creating engaging content that drives organic growth.Challenge and steer agency partners to continuously improve performance and deliver the highest return on investment.Collaborate with digital marketing, brand and local marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, creative assets and media activation throughout the customer journey.Leverage data, market trends, audience insights and experimentation to identify, validate and scale new growth opportunities.

Who are you?

You are an experienced performance marketer with a passion for digital growth and a proven track record in driving acquisition through SEO, SEA and digital media. You thrive in a collaborative environment, work confidently with stakeholders and agency partners, and continuously look for new opportunities to improve performance and drive business growth.

You bring:

5+ years of experience in performance marketing, SEA, paid social, or digital acquisition.Hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.Experience with media planning, campaign optimization, performance reporting, and budget management.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.Fluent in English and comfortable working with agency partners and international teams.A proactive attitude and passion for growth, testing, and continuous improvement.
