As a key member of delivery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, management, and successful delivery of strategic projects, driving customer satisfaction and growth.

As Senior Delivery Lead, you will take charge of leading complex projects or programs, ensuring they are delivered with utmost excellence, adhering to schedule, budget and quality benchmarks. Your role will be instrumental in fostering strong client relationships and supporting key sales pursuits, making you an integral part of our business growth strategy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to provide mentorship and technical expertise to our talented colleagues.

What You´ll Do
* Lead the delivery of contracted solutions on the project or program level, ensuring adherence to deal economics, schedule, and quality standards.
* Effectively manage overall project/program risks, make critical adjustments as necessary and gain buy-in from senior management for key project plans.
* Oversee and drive the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive project work plans.
* Ensure accurate development and traceability of project requirements throughout the project life-cycle.
* Provide strategic direction for all change management activities and supporting clients in their change enablement processes.
* Engage with stakeholders to understand their goals, address any misalignments, and exceed expectations through effective program management.
* Mentor and develop team members, providing oversight to the management of relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
