F&B Manager

Job Description

As the F&B Manager at The Cloud One Hotels, you are entrusted with overseeing all F&B outlets. Alongside your team, you'll delight our guests with our locally sourced organic breakfast or the nightly "Sounds in the Clouds," featuring captivating beats at our bar. Your key responsibilities include:

• Orchestrating, coordinating, and supervising operational workflows across our F&B outlets
• Leadership and development of the F&B team, including recruitment, onboarding, skill enhancement, and ongoing educational initiatives
• Collaborating on event planning and execution alongside our Guest Service Agent Events
• Achieving revenue goals while managing cost budgets
• Upholding hygiene standards and maintaining cleanliness in our F&B spaces
• Building and managing relationships with local suppliers, in line with the Motel One Group's central procurement
• Participation in the conception and design of our F&B offers
• Enforcing workplace cleanliness and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Collaborating seamlessly across departments and brands

• Experience in hospitality, gastronomy, or tourism, ideally within F&B
• Passion for hospitality and team leadership
• Strong commitment to quality and service excellence
• Awareness of trends in gastronomy, events, and design
• Proactive nature and eagerness to develop and implement innovative concepts (e.g., F&B offerings or events)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office
• A naturally open and communicative personality, proficient in both German and English communication
• A team-oriented mindset, combined with the willingness to provide support across various departments
