Spa Receptionist

Department: Spa & Wellness
Reports to: Spa & Wellness Manager

We are currently seeking a Spa Receptionist to join the Spa & Wellness team at Sontei Kyoto Shangri-La Signatures.

In this role, you will serve as a guardian of wellbeing and an ambassador of the wellness philosophy delivering exceptional, highly personalized guest experiences while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality, hygiene, and guest care, and contributing to the opening of Kyoto's most distinctive wellness destination.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of professional spa experience
Strong practical knowledge of massage and body treatment techniques
Excellent interpersonal and guest engagement skills
Professional grooming and presentation standards
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Valid status of residence to work in Japan
Luxury hotel spa experience is an advantage
Aromatherapy certification or recognized Massage/Beauty/Spa Therapy certification is an advantage
CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
Wellness coaching or holistic wellness training is an advantage
Pre-opening luxury hotel experience and multilingual communication skills are highly desirable
Japanese proficiency of JLPT N2 or above is highly desirable

応募資格
スパ業界での実務経験2年以上
ボディトリートメントおよびマッサージ技術
優れた接客能力とコミュニケーション能力
高い身だしなみ意識
シフト勤務対応可能な方
日本で就労できる有効な在留資格
ラグジュアリーホテルスパ経験があれば尚可
認定マッサージ資格またはアロマセラピー資格があれば尚可
CPR・応急救護資格があれば尚可
ウェルネス関連資格があれば尚可
新規開業ホテル経験や語学力があれば尚可
日本語能力試験N2以上が望ましい
