The freelance HR employer Branding & Events specialist will:

Coordinate and follow up on upcoming employer branding and recruitment events ;
Manage event planning, logistics, timelines and practical follow-up ;
Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners and event suppliers ;
Support campus recruitment activities and relationships with universities ;
Ensure consistent employer branding across events and recruitment initiatives ;
Follow up on invitations, registrations, communications and event materials ;
Manage multiple projects, events and priorities simultaneously ;
Provide structured reporting and follow-up to the HR and Talent team ;

A successful freelance HR employer Branding & Events specialist should have:

Experience in Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, HR or Talent Acquisition ;
Corporate background within a law firm, Big4, bank or similar environment ;
Proven experience organising and coordinating professional events ;
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills ;
Highly organised, structured and able to manage multiple priorities ;
Hands-on mentality with strong attention to detail ;
Fluent in English and Dutch or English and French ;
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced professional environment ;
