As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you’ll turn impossible thermal physics into ready-to-ship hardware. You won’t just tweak old files — you’ll design next-generation cold plates for top-tier CPUs and GPUs, own the full design lifecycle, and collaborate directly with customers and global manufacturers.
What You’ll Do:
- Transform generative design logic into high-performance CAD models 🛠️
- Optimize designs for mass production and manufacturability
- Automate design cycles on a digital platform for Tier-1 partners ⚡
- Lead new part designs for each chip generation
- Collaborate with software engineers to refine generative design tools
What You Bring:
- CAD mastery (Autodesk Inventor, Siemens NX, PTC Creo)
- Strong mechanical intuition and knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Solid understanding of thermodynamics and liquid cooling
- Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and autonomy
