Essential talents and qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Applied Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, supply chain planning software, business analysis, or software implementation. Strong knowledge of Demand Planning processes and challenges. Experience working on enterprise software implementation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong affinity with software products and IT systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong judgement in balancing customer needs, implementation realities, and product considerations. Ability to work independently and take ownership of complex topics.Bonus points if you have:
Experience as a Demand Planner involved in software implementation or transformation projects. Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Product Consultant, Product Expert, or Implementation Consultant. Experience with supply chain planning software solutions. SQL or basic programming knowledge. Experience in one of OMP's core industries.Soft skills
