JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the development of our activities in the building technologies and HVAC sector, we are looking for an HVAC Engineer – Technical Solutions & Customer Relations (M/F).

Within a demanding technical environment, you will work on HVAC-related topics and support customers in understanding and implementing technical solutions tailored to their needs.

You will operate at the intersection of technical expertise and customer relations. You will be responsible for analysing HVAC-related issues, preparing and writing technical documentation, and communicating directly with customers to provide clear and relevant technical support.

You will receive comprehensive training on the group's solutions and technologies, allowing you to progressively develop your expertise and autonomy across the different solutions offered.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyse customers' technical needs and requirements related to HVAC systems

• Participate in defining technical solutions adapted to identified needs and installations

• Prepare, write and update technical documents and materials intended for customers

• Translate complex technical topics into clear and understandable information

• Communicate directly with customers and various technical stakeholders

• Provide technical support during the implementation and follow-up of HVAC solutions

• Participate in the analysis and resolution of technical issues

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality and relevance of proposed solutions

• Follow up on technical requests and customer-related issues

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical solutions, methods and processes

• Gradually develop expertise in the group's HVAC technologies and solutions

• Participate in technical training and continuously maintain and develop your knowledge

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a technical or engineering degree in HVAC, building services engineering, energy, electromechanics, mechanical engineering or a related field, and have approximately 4 to 5 years of professional experience in HVAC.

You are looking to further develop your technical expertise while taking on a role with a strong customer-facing dimension.

The ideal profile has the following characteristics:

• Approximately 4 to 5 years of experience in HVAC

• Good understanding of HVAC systems and equipment

• Experience in a technical or industrial environment

• Ability to analyse technical issues and propose suitable solutions

• Strong technical writing skills

• Ability to write and present technical information to customers

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills

• Analytical mindset, attention to detail and strong organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and progressively take ownership of technical topics

• Technical curiosity and willingness to continuously develop your expertise

• Ability to collaborate with various technical and commercial stakeholders

Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, both written and spoken, due to the customer-facing nature of the position.

Good command of English is considered an asset.

Previous experience with HVAC solutions, equipment or systems from major manufacturers is a plus.
