What are we looking for?
We are looking for a Business Architect who thinks beyond individual processes or systems and wants to shape how energy companies operate and evolve. You translate strategy into concrete business models, structures, and value streams, and ensure that organizations are ready for the future of the energy sector.
Strong affinity with the energy or utilities sector; relevant experience is a strong plus
Experience in business architecture, strategy consulting, or senior business analysis roles
Ability to translate market trends and strategy into business capabilities and operating models
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a focus on the bigger picture
Excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and management
Experience with process modelling, value stream mapping, and organizational design
Familiar with transformation environments and strategic change initiatives
Master's degree; background in business, engineering, or energy is valued
Fluent Dutch or French speaker, proficient in both + English
What will you do for us?
Drive the business side of transformation by aligning strategy, operations, and organizational design.
Translate strategic vision into concrete business architectures, capabilities, and operating models
Design and optimize end-to-end business processes and value streams across the energy domain
Support management in shaping strategic roadmaps and making informed decisions
Define and structure business capabilities needed to support new energy services and market evolutions
Ensure alignment between business goals and operational execution across complex environments
Contribute to future-proof business models in the context of the energy transition
