As an intern, you won’t just observe, you’ll actively contribute, learn on the job, and be guided by experienced professionals who are invested in your growth.

As a Payroll Consultant Intern, you will become part of a multidisciplinary team of payroll experts. You will support the team in the day‑to‑day payroll activities for our clients and gain a solid understanding of payroll processes in an international context.

During your internship, you will learn to:

Support the preparation and execution of monthly payrollsWork efficiently with Excel and payroll toolsAssist in answering client payroll‑related questionsUnderstand the difference between regular and shadow payrollsSupport the onboarding of new payroll clientsCollaborate closely with experienced payroll consultantsLearn by doing, with continuous guidance and feedback

Your

key responsibilities

Support the team in delivering Belgian payroll services for international clientsAssist in ensuring accurate and timely monthly payroll processingDevelop hands‑on experience with payroll softwarePrepare day‑to‑day payroll deliverables under supervisionLearn to work in line with legal deadlines and quality standardsReport to and be coached by a Senior Consultant or Payroll Manager

Who we are looking for

You are currently a Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Human Resources, Economics, Legal Practice, Accountancy or a related fieldYou have an interest in payroll and are eager to gain practical experienceYou have a good knowledge of Dutch and English (French is a plus)You are motivated, accurate and eager to learnYou enjoy working in a team and in an international environmentYou have a hands‑on and proactive mindsetYou are available to start your internship in February/March 2027
