Our ideal Project Manager:

You hold a master's degree in a business or technology field or have comparable experience, and you possess a strong track record of delivering complex projects. Dutch and English are key French is an asset. Experience with change management is an asset You have strong analytical skills with conceptual thinking skills. You have a strong knowledge of business & operational processes combined with expertise in certain technical domains (IT and network), a good understanding of related best practices, structure, and products. You map and encourage the positive impact of changes on the WHS customer’s journey, the collaboration with partners, and/or the internal organization. You anticipate and/or identify improvement proposals, opportunities, issues, risks,... You have strong experience in stakeholder management (up to C-level). You can collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders by building long-term relationships. You possess effective communication skills, ensuring messages are conveyed accurately and tailored to the targeted audience with impact. You have a can-do mentality, can prioritize activities, and possess strong project management skills, combined with a pragmatic approach. You can see things from a broad perspective (“helicopter vision”). Experience in the telecommunications sector (HFC and/or FTTH) is a plus.
