Depending on the assignment, you strengthen our clients’ HR teams as an HR Business Partner to managers or as a recruitment specialist, from needs analysis through to candidate onboarding.

Your role

Depending on the assignment, you support managers as an HR Business Partner or run recruitment end to end.

You adapt quickly to each client’s culture and procedures, including public-sector selection procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support managers across all HR topics: organisation, performance, development, individual employee relations.
• Run HR processes: appraisals, training plans, mobility, talent management.
• Contribute to HR transformation projects: new HRIS, reorganisation, pay policy.
• Advise managers on the application of employment law and internal rules.
• Run recruitment end to end, from needs analysis to candidate onboarding.
• Source and approach candidates: LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach.
• Conduct interviews and selection tests, including under public-sector procedures.
• Build candidate pools for the client’s recurring needs.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, psychology, employment law or equivalent.
• At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner, or 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good knowledge of Belgian employment law.
• Public-sector experience is an asset.
• French and/or Dutch: native language; good command of the other national language is strongly preferred; English: good command.

Tools

• An HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or equivalent) and an ATS.
• LinkedIn; LinkedIn Recruiter is an asset.
