">About you
Essential talents and qualifications:
A bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or similar3+ years of experience in a similar role (2+ years for internal candidates).Knowledge of supply chain management solutions and a strong interest in software and technology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to absorbing information and using AI tools.Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills, and solid experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders.The ability to work autonomously and the flexibility to travel up to 25% of your time.Bonus points if you have:
Business knowledge in one of our core industries: chemicals, consumer goods, life sciences, metals, paper, plastic film or packaging.Soft skills
