  • Manage and further develop the commercial partnership with the partner operating the four branded stores in Belgium.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with a major Belgian telecom operator, ensuring its propositions are effectively integrated into the stores.
  • Take commercial ownership of a business representing approximately.
  • Act as the central point of contact between the customer, telecom partner and internal Sales, Retail, Marketing and Supply Chain teams.
  • Translate commercial strategies into concrete actions and initiatives at store level.
  • Coordinate and follow up promotional plans across multiple product categories.
  • Manage internal and external approval processes and ensure commercial initiatives are implemented correctly and on time.
  • Prepare and monitor sales forecasts in close collaboration with Supply Chain.
  • Analyze commercial performance and identify opportunities to further drive sales and business growth.
  • Prepare and present commercial updates, results and business plans to key stakeholders.




  • Similar experience in a commercial role such as Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Business Developer.
  • Strong commercial mindset and comfortable taking ownership of an important customer portfolio.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate different and sometimes competing interests.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and comfortable working with forecasting, sales data and commercial reporting.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Assertive and resilient: able to defend your position, ask the right questions and take ownership.
  • Strong team player who enjoys working within an experienced and commercially driven team.
  • Good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent French and English are mandatory, with French required at a very strong professional level due to the customer and stakeholder environment.
  • Dutch is an advantage, with a willingness to further develop the language considered important.
