Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align on future-state process designs. Ensure process improvements deliver measurable business outcomes and lasting organizational value.

Connect strategy, capabilities, and processes

Partner closely with our Enterprise Architect to translate strategic priorities and capability needs into process improvements. Help identify process implications of business transformations, operating model changes, and strategic initiatives. Ensure process landscapes remain aligned with evolving business capabilities and organizational objectives. Contribute to building traceability between strategy, capabilities, processes, and operational performance.

Enable data-driven decision making

Develop insights that support leadership teams in prioritizing opportunities and transformation initiatives. Identify gaps between current and target process maturity and propose practical improvement roadmaps.

Challenge and align stakeholders

Navigate complex stakeholder environments and facilitate decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor on process-related topics and organizational improvement opportunities.

Help shape the strategic direction of the team

Play a key role in the continued evolution of Telenet's BPM practice. Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen the team’s services, methodologies, and impact.
