Leadership: Part of the Belgian management team, reporting to the Country Director.
Financial strategy: Overall management of finances, aligned with the company's objectives.
Collaboration: Working in cooperation with all company functions.
Innovation: Contributing to workflow optimisation and sales growth.
Your role
- Responsible for the client's overall financial management.
- Key member of the Belgian management team, reporting to the Country Director.
Your responsibilities will include
- Manage the finance department, including accounting, risk management and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure financial compliance and reporting according to Belgian and international standards.
- Optimise processes and support sales growth strategies.
- Train and develop finance staff in international accounting practices.
Your profile
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Belgian statutory accounts and IFRS/GAAP.
- Experience in financial management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Fluency in French, Dutch and English.
