As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities are:

  • Managing and organizing calendars, appointments, and meetings for senior executives.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documentation.
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination for internal and external meetings.
  • Providing general administrative support to the secretarial and business support department.

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the professional services industry is an advantage.
