We are looking for a System Engineer specialized in Citrix and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure to join an infrastructure team. The role focuses on Citrix environments, hosted virtual desktops and printing services, with involvement in cloud migration and level 3 support activities.
Manage and maintain Citrix infrastructure (CVAD / XenApp / StoreFront / Director)Support and operate Hosted Virtual Desktop (HVD) environmentsManage enterprise printing solutions (pull printing / roaming printing / direct printing)Handle 2nd/3rd level support and advanced troubleshootingParticipate in migration of Citrix services to cloud solutionsSupport application owners in their cloud migration journeyEnsure lifecycle management, patching, and capacity managementProduce and maintain technical and user documentationCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in an Agile environmentYou have the following skills
Citrix: CVAD / XenApp / XenDesktop / StoreFront / Director / WEMVirtualization: HVD / VDI / RDSWindows Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOScripting: PowerShellPrinting: Enterprise printing solutions (pull / roaming printing)Others: NetScaler / ADC, VMware environmentsStrong experience in L3 support and troubleshootingExperience with migration projects (ideally cloud)Fluent in English, with French and/or Dutch as added valueVotre profil
You have at least 8 years of professional experiences in ITIf you are at least fluent in ENG , FR/NL is a +You’re eager to learn, motivated and curiousLet’s have a chatAdvantages
