Lead, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities, ensuring operational priorities, service levels, inventory accuracy, and delivery requirements are met.
Manage workforce planning and resource allocation, while overseeing warehouse personnel and ensuring the effective use of warehouse space, equipment, and operational resources.
Develop and monitor operating and investment budgets, ensuring strong cost control and alignment with departmental objectives and performance KPIs.
Identify and implement process, technology, equipment, and organizational improvements to optimize logistics operations and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Lead, coach, and develop a mixed workforce while ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management, ideally within a complex industrial or high-volume operational environment.
Strong skills in operational planning, stakeholder management, project management, budget control, and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated leadership and people-management capabilities, with the ability to motivate teams and manage both permanent and temporary workforce populations.
Fluent English and fluent local language skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities and a strong focus on operational excellence.
