What will you be doing?

As our Sales Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the Energy & Utilities industry. You’ll:

Know how to open doors and build relationships from the ground up, especially within the Energy & Utilities sector. Be responsible for your own sales team. You enjoy coaching others, sharing your insights, and helping shape a winning sales approach. Write clear and compelling proposals that connect client needs with the right IT solutions. Engage with clients to understand their challenges and needs, both from a business and IT perspective. You’ll be able to translate those insights into tailored solutions using delaware’s full portfolio. Help shape our go-to-market strategy, thinking about how we can grow smarter and faster. At the same time, you’ll be hands-on in executing that strategy—whether that means making calls, setting up meetings, or following up on leads.
