In addition to day-to-day shift management and administration, General Managers are responsible for:
Providing overall leadership, establishing a sense of urgency, being a role model for the team Working “hands-on” with the team Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and food safety Demonstrating a “guest first” approach always Hiring and training their staff Promoting their operation in the local market Coordinating in-store promotions Developing and meeting financial plansOur benefits include:

Previous Management experience in the hospitality industry * Passion for service and commitment to quality * Excellent comprehension of restaurant operational controls and financial statements * A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements * A proven record of training and developing a team * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong leadership, high energy and enthusiasm * Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
