What You'll Do

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on manufacturing equipment

Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, PLC, and automation faults

Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Complete root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently

Update maintenance records using the CMMS system

Support site projects and equipment upgrades

Issue permits and supervise contractors when required

What We Need From You

Relevant electrical qualification

Multi-skilled maintenance experience with a strong electrical bias

Experience in manufacturing, production, or automated environments

Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

Ability to read engineering drawings and use workshop equipment

Experience with PLCs, automation, or robotics is highly desirable

Safety-focused with a proactive and team-oriented approach

Passion for improving equipment performance and reliability
