  • Support customer manufacturing engineering teams on tooling, cutting tools, abrasives, and machining processes.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, provide recommendations, and ensure reliable technical service on the production floor.
  • Analyse production needs, propose alternatives, and support optimisation projects.
  • Collaborate with supply and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and on‑time delivery.
  • Ensure availability of critical tooling and support inventory optimisation.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for the on‑site customer.
  • Build strong relationships with production engineers, management, and tooling suppliers.
  • Support cost‑saving initiatives and contribute to productivity improvements.
  • Monitor technical KPIs: delivery performance, tooling reliability, cost optimisation, etc.
  • Collaborate with the local Belgian team (supply chain, logistics, junior engineer).
  • Provide guidance and support to junior and operational staff as needed.

  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering or related field.
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (aerospace, automotive, medical devices, CNC machining, marine, or energy or other relevant field).
  • Experience in production engineering or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
  • Experience in supply chain environments is an advantage.
  • Hands‑on mentality and strong problem‑solving capability.
  • English & French (professional working proficiency).
