The Project Support Office (PSO) / Program Management Officer (PMO) supports the Lead Program Manager and the Initiative Owners of the bank’s strategic Data Transformation Program. The PSO/PMO ensures efficient governance, planning, reporting, portfolio management and operational coordination across all transformation streams. Acting as the right hand of the Program Manager, the PSO/PMO provides visibility, structure and control over the full transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

Program Governance & Coordination

  • Support the Lead Program Manager in the day-to-day management of the transformation program.

  • Organize and coordinate governance bodies, steering committees, management committees and program review meetings.

  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, action logs and decision registers.

  • Ensure follow-up of decisions, actions and execution commitments across all initiatives.

  • Maintain the consolidated program roadmap and planning.

  • Consolidate planning information coming from the three initiatives.

  • Monitor progress against key deliverables and identify deviations requiring management attention.

Executive Reporting

  • Prepare recurring management reporting and steering committee packages.

  • Consolidate KPIs, milestones, budget information, dependencies and risks into executive dashboards.

  • Produce clear management presentations for senior stakeholders and Executive Management.

  • Ensure consistent reporting standards across all initiatives.

Tooling & Documentation Management

  • Ensure proper documentation management and version control.

  • Support project and portfolio management tooling (Excel, Planner, SharePoint or equivalent).

  • Ensure governance artefacts are up to date and available.

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience

  • PMO or Program Governance experience

  • Portfolio and project management methodologies

  • Budget tracking and financial reporting

  • Executive reporting and presentation preparation

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills

  • SharePoint and collaboration tools

  • Experience supporting large programs or strategic initiatives

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and management committees

  • Strong understanding of program governance and reporting processes

  • Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and delivery teams simultaneously

  • Sound knowledge of English AND at least one local language (Dutch and/or French)

Preferable

  • Experience in Data, Reporting or Analytics programs

  • Experience in banking, insurance or regulated environments

  • Consulting or transformation office experience
