Regulatory Support Administrator (m/f/x)
To strengthen our Product Stewardship team in Eynatten, Belgium, we are looking for a Regulatory Support Administrator (m/f/x).
In this role, you will contribute to the strategic management of product compliance, sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) across our product portfolio. By transforming regulatory and sustainability data into reliable insights, you will support informed business decisions, anticipate risks and opportunities, and help protect market access, customer trust, and the company's long-term commitments. Working closely with R&D, Quality, Purchasing, Production, Sales and suppliers, you will help assess evolving requirements, strengthen compliance and sustainability documentation, and enable internal stakeholders and customers to make well-informed decisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and maintain product compliance and sustainability data and documentation.
- Prepare and manage regulatory documents such as Declarations of Performance (DoP), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), certificates, and compliance declarations.
- Respond to customer requests regarding product compliance and certifications.
- Review, verify, and challenge supplier information related to substances, raw materials, responsible sourcing, and relevant environmental or social criteria.
- Assess regulatory impacts throughout the product life cycle, from raw materials and applications to circularity and end-of-life considerations.
- Participate in regulatory risk assessments for substances, materials, and finished products, supporting risk-based prioritisation and informed decisions on product development, sourcing, and market continuity.
- Monitor regulatory developments and industry standards relevant to our products, anticipate their potential business impact, and communicate priorities to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to embed Product Stewardship considerations into key business processes, ensure ongoing compliance and data accuracy, and advance the company's CSR objectives and Roadmap 2030.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Environmental Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Ability to understand and interpret technical and regulatory documentation.
- Good understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDS), certificates, and compliance declarations.
- Knowledge of REACH, CLP,or other relevant European chemical and product regulations is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working with data and technical information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English and either French or German.
