Skincare Expert

Are you passionate about skincare and able not only to advise customers, but also to help them truly experience the products? For a high-end skincare brand, we are looking for an experienced Skincare Expert in the Brussels region, starting in October.

What will you do?

As a Skincare Expert, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor. You will actively engage with customers, identify their skin type, needs and preferences, and recommend a suitable skincare routine.

However, your role goes beyond advising and selling. You will also apply products to customers' skin and demonstrate how to use them correctly. This allows customers to experience the textures, products and benefits for themselves, while you create a complete high-end skincare experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Approaching customers proactively and providing personalised advice;
• Analysing customers' skincare needs and recommending suitable routines;
• Applying and demonstrating skincare products to customers;
• Explaining products, ingredients and usage;
• Creating a luxurious and personalised customer experience;
• Building strong customer relationships;
• Actively contributing to sales targets;
• Representing the brand according to its image and standards.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about skincare and has relevant experience in skincare, beauty and luxury retail.

In addition:

• You have strong knowledge of skincare and skin health;
• You feel comfortable applying products to customers;
• You are both service-oriented and commercially minded;
• You have a professional and representative appearance;
• You speak fluent French and English – this is a must;
• Dutch is a strong advantage;
• You are available every Wednesday to Saturday from October onwards;
• A driving licence and your own car are an advantage due to the different locations in the Brussels region.
